PCMS Consulting recently hosted its first Camp REinventâ„¢ LIVE! This invitation-only event is the first of several regional events planned throughout the second half of 2012. Billed as an idea-sharing forum, Camp REinventâ„¢ LIVE! Is being held in Atlanta, Ga., at The W Buckhead Hotel through Friday, April 27. Subsequent events are planned in Texas, Chicago, Boston, Orlando, and California.

“We have been hosting group and company specific webinars and events under the Camp REinventâ„¢ brand since 2009.” states Jose Perez, founder and Chief Visionary of PCMS Consulting. “The Camp REinventâ„¢ format has been very popular. It’s designed to encourage innovative ideas and strategies focused on helping brokers and their managers improve their businesses practices and implement profitable solutions. The Camp REinventâ„¢ program has helped brokers all over the country adapt to the challenging expectations of their agents and consumers. They’re able to meet the changing demands of their market quickly and efficiently—something their competition is unable to do.”

Camp REinventâ„¢ LIVE! includes companies specifically selected throughout the Southeast. PCMS limited attendance, allowing only one company per market, to create an intimate environment allowing for a freer exchange of ideas. Attendance was restricted to companies with 100 agents or more, ensuring attendees address issues common to companies with multiple offices and hundreds of agents.

This event is a first for the real estate industry. The agenda aims to deliver a different type of industry experience with unique touches such as team building at a national cooking school, a full day of idea sharing sessions, and then a morning of follow-up implementation sessions. The PCMS consulting team will also host private evaluation sessions prior to and after the event to identify where participants are in their business reinvention, and to strategize how they can capitalize on the ideas generated at Camp REinventâ„¢ LIVE!

Perez states, “A big part of our motivation is to deliver a very unique, intimate, and valuable experience that our clients can use as inspiration to do the same for their agents and consumers.”
