Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® will launch its inaugural Performance SUMMIT for sales associates February 24-26, 2013 as part of its 2013 Conference Week at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The event is the first large-scale conference for agents affiliated with the global network of 500+ market-leading real estate firms.
Performance SUMMIT offers a range of accomplished speakers, including noted television journalist Joan Lunden, Pulitzer Prize-winning syndicated columnist and bestselling author Dave Barry, “Word of Mouth” marketing strategist Spike Jones, Internet marketing authority Jim Marks and performance consultant and customer service expert Debbie Maier.
Best-selling author and executive coach Mike Staver will emcee the program. Staver, who serves as Chief Learning Officer of LeadingRE’s professional development platform, Institute 2.0, is joined by other Institute faculty members Matthew Ferrara, real estate technology and consumer guru, and Steve Harney, author of the popular Keeping Current Matters blog and a leading authority on educating consumers on market realities. Martha Webb, author of Dress Your House for Success and creator of The Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) program, is also among the speakers addressing Performance SUMMIT.
In addition to guest speaker presentations, SUMMIT offers nearly 50 breakout sessions featuring top-performing LeadingRE sales associates who will share their award-winning strategies on everything from prospecting, to short sales, to working with celebrity clients.
Participants will have the opportunity to network and promote synergy among successful colleagues during memorable social interludes, including a private reception at EVE, Eva Longoria’s private event space, and a gala celebration at The Cosmopolitan’s famed Marquee Nightclub featuring top Las Vegas entertainers Human Nature, known for their Motown tributes and recently featured on Dancing with the Stars.
