Mobile Real Estate, LLC has partnered with EXIT Realty Corp. International for the third consecutive year to mobilize their annual EXIT Convention in Nashville, TN later this month, the company has announced. As mobile technology continues to be on the forefront for discussion in many industries, real estate in particular, EXIT proves to be ahead of the curve by offering great mobile solutions to their brokers and agents, as well as incorporating mobile technology into their convention to enhance the total experience for attendees and sponsors.
This year’s partnership includes a full range of mobile marketing technology, aimed at increasing participation and giving attendees new ways to access information on the go. As in past years, the interactive mobile solutions built for this year’s conference will be anchored by a robust mobile website and application that will serve as the hub for all convention information. From this site, users will be able to see a detailed conference schedule along with speaker, sponsor, and exhibitor links.
In addition to these resources, Mobile Real Estate and EXIT have rolled out some new features designed to add a heightened level of interaction and enthusiasm from all attendees about the event and its one-of-a-kind venue, the illustrious Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center. The mobile site will now include a map of the conference hotel with points of interest, area info and local attractions. The new site will even encourage attendees to get involved socially by incorporating a live Twitter feed on the site which will prompt participants to “join the conversation.”
Mobilizing the conference will also include the use of QR Codes and Text Message alerts, which have proven to be mainstays in providing attendees with real-time information right to their device. Exhibitors and Sponsors will be able to promote their products through these entry points. EXIT will also harness the power of text-messaging by sending real time messages to attendees about conference events, changes, and keynote sessions.
More important than the new technology is the continued advancement being made each of the past three years at EXIT’s conference to cater to the behavior and expectations of the increasingly mobile conference attendee.
“As mobile becomes more ubiquitous with each new year, it is increasingly important to not just understand the technology, but to tailor it to the event, attendees, and how they access information. In our partnership with EXIT, we have bypassed simply “going mobile”, and have strategically used mobile to enhance all aspects of the conference experience,” explains John Lim, CEO of Mobile Real Estate. “With great technology, complete integration, and a focus on the user, mobile can take a great event and make it even better.”
