On the heels of expanding into the state of Michigan through the acquisition of Edward Surovell Realtors’ 10 offices, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services recently opened their fourth Columbus office this year, the company has announced.
Located in the Upper Arlington area of Ohio’s capital city, this makes 57 offices for the company covering 20 counties in the eastern and central areas of the state. Howard Hanna RealCom Realty operates the company’s ‘branchise’ offices in the Columbus region which are located in Dublin, Pickerington, Delaware and now Upper Arlington at 1670 Fishinger Road.
This prime location was home to another real estate firm for many years, however they did not renew their lease. “When we heard this location was available, we were interested right away and consider it a fabulous opportunity to grow and increase our market share,” says Marilu Sochor, Howard Hanna RealCom Realty senior partner. “We completely renovated and enhanced this 6,000 square foot space; it is a state-of-the-art office to enhance the skills of our incredible sales associates while well-appointed conference rooms will meet all of our client’s needs from home search to closing.”
Chairman and CEO Howard W. “Hoddy” Hanna, III is proud of the growth in the Columbus, Ohio real estate markets. “This market was looking for a company with our marketing and business development concepts as well as our focus,” says Hanna. “Columbus is a big metropolitan marketplace and expansion here is important. We are very pleased with our expanded presence and will continue to look for more opportunities in Columbus and the Central Ohio region.”
