CENTURY 21 New Millennium has been awarded the prestigious Cartus Masters Cup, the Network’s highest honor. This was announced at the Cartus Broker Network International Conference, held at the Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona on February 27 – March 2. To provide insight into what this means:
• The Cartus Broker Network is the largest relocation network in the world.
• There are over 13,500 Realogy offices and many independently owned offices vying for a spot in the network
• 811 brokerages were hand selected to represent Cartus in the United States.
• 29 Brokers achieved Platinum Status in the network.
To achieve platinum status, the firm must demonstrate they can effectively sell a high percentage of the homes they represent. Selling the home is not enough. The firms are measured on keeping a low average number of days on the market, effective cost management, top customer service ratings for both buyers and sellers, and the ability to help the clients buy or sell homes in other markets around the country.
“We have achieved the pinnacle of success this year. In January we announced that we are the No. 1 CENTURY 21 firm in the United States. Once the global results were tallied, that was quickly followed by the announcement that we are the No. 1 CENTURY 21 firm in the world. Achieving the Cartus Masters Cup means that our agents are the best in the United States at quality service and conversion, and we are incredibly proud,” says Todd Hetherington, CEO of CENTURY 21 New Millennium.
“Winning the Cartus Masters Cup means that in the most elite relocation network in the world, CENTURY 21 New Millennium was the best of the best in all of these areas. It is an incredible honor to be recognized with such a prestigious award,” adds Mary Lynn Stone, President of CENTURY 21 New Millennium.
