Realogy announced recently that in the first half of 2013 its proprietary LeadRouter(SM) lead management system delivered 1.56 million leads to its affiliated brokers and sales associates, an increase of 27 percent from 1.23 million during the same period in 2012. This is a record performance for any six-month period since LeadRouter’s launch in 2004.
According to the company, Realogy has more than 239,000 independent sales associates doing business in 102 countries around the world under the renowned brands of Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA®, Sotheby’s International Realty® — including offices owned by Realogy’s brokerage subsidiary, NRT LLC.
