Renwick Congdon, chief executive officer of Imprev, noted that the addition of Google+ and Pinterest adds more ways agents can distribute to multiple locations “with a click.”
“Smart agents are aggressively using social-media sites in order to engage buyers and sellers,” Congdon said. “Integrating Google+ and Pinterest into our marketing platform ensures our customers can easily post to the most popular social sites,” he added.
GlobalWebIndex reports that Google+ now outpaces Twitter as the world’s No. 2 social network, and Pinterest is growing 40 percent faster in the number of unique visitors than Facebook did when it first launched, according to Social Strand Media.
According to Congdon, Imprev spent more than a year developing the latest version of its advanced marketing platform, which now includes the ability to completely brand a Marketing Center for a customer. “When Prudential Northwest Properties transitions to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate name in early November of 2013, its new Marketing Center will be completely rebranded to reflect the new Berkshire colors and brand,” Congdon said.
Agents using the new Prudential Marketing Center can select from more than a dozen marketing products that feature stunning, Prudential-branded designs. Agents can create personalized flyers, Craigslist ads, eCards, mobile-ready virtual tours, postcards, eNewsletters, brochures and more.
