“As we look to the future, PFAR is constantly seeking new ways to serve its members better. Working with our i-Tech partner, the Glendale Association of Realtors; MetroList; Rapattoni; and Move, with this new, synergistic opportunity through the FIND application program, this is yet another way to help our members operate their businesses more effectively and efficiently,” said Terry Murphy, CEO of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS®.
Daniel Lanning, executive vice president of the Glendale Association of REALTORS® adds, “Commitment to providing the most comprehensive access to real estate listing data in California is a strategic goal of the Glendale Association. Entering into agreements like this reciprocal deep linking is another step in providing the access to accurate and timely listing data for our Realtor® members.”
Any MLS in California may participate by contracting with Move for the FIND application, becoming a party to the reciprocal deep linking agreement, and implementing the technology on their MLS system.
Move is making its FIND application available to members of multiple listing services nationwide. “The ultimate goal of our FIND application is to help MLSs better serve their members with the most comprehensive national data available, and also to provide realtor.com® users with a complete view of market activity, including sold data, in real time,” said Bob Greenspan, vice president of industry relations of realtor.com®.
Andy Rapattoni, president and CEO of Rapattoni Corporation commented, “This brilliant concept is made possible by advancing technology and is facilitated by Move. Rapattoni is happy to implement this feature in its MLS software at no charge to our customers.” Reciprocal deep linking makes it possible to access MLS content anywhere without membership mapping, without data mapping, and without cost to Rapattoni and FIND application customers.
