The Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® (EBCBOR) announced the launch of a statewide reporting project headed by the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR) at its 90th Annual Meeting recently at the Hasbrouck Heights Hilton.
EBCBOR members will now have access to market reports for all 565 municipalities in the state to use in their businesses.
“The sheer scope of this research project offers invaluable data and insight into the markets around the state and furthers our mission to continue to be the gateway for real estate in Bergen County for all consumers,” says Laura Rubinfeld, EBCBOR CEO.”
The project is a part of a comprehensive study NJAR® is spearheading that provides data at the state level, as well as for all 21 counties and 565 municipalities around the state. Data provided by all nine Multiple Listing Services around the Garden State is analyzed by 10K Research & Marketing to provide the reporting.
In addition, Rubinfeld explained how the program will allow an unprecedented look at the health of the state and counties’ housing markets on a monthly basis. She added that reports serve as an educational tool for consumers.
