Larry Tait entered the real estate business with the Cosner Prudential Firm in Mission Viejo in 1988. He became a top selling agent within a short period of time. He became one of the top geographic farming agents in Saddleback Valley.

In 1995 Larry Tate started managing the Prudential California Realty office in Mission Viejo, He did an incredible job and within two years the office was the number one real estate office in Orange County. Within another year he led the office to become the #2 Prudential office nationally.

Larry’s style is one that has to be experienced to be appreciated.  He is a leader that makes the office a fun place to be while at the same time challenging his agents to become better people and better sales professionals. He does not let outside events disrupt his office. He keeps himself and his office focused and is not a fan of drama. He is highly experienced with real estate transactions and through his career his offices have completed well over 10,000 transactions.

Larry’s goal is crystal clear in this new position. He wants to build the top office in Orange County a second time!!! While many people would like to do such a thing, this guy has what it takes to lead the office to exactly that position. How does he do it? He helps his agents grow their business and hires agents who wish to grow their business.

Larry lives in Rancho Santa Margarita with his wife Pat of 26 years. They have two daughters. Nicole, age 25 who many of you may have worked with. She is a graphic designer at One Step Services. Their daughter Michelle is in school currently getting her Masters Degree on the East Coast.
