Gordon Miles is now president and COO of Americana Holdings, which includes Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS in Nevada and Prudential Arizona Properties, the company has announced. Both companies are the largest Prudential Real Estate franchises in their respective states.
According to the company, since Miles joined the company in 2007 as its COO, the franchise has grown to Prudential Real Estate’s fourth largest in North America and last year posted more than $2.4 billion in annual sales. Miles is a licensed real estate broker in Nevada, California and Arizona and holds the CRB and ABR designations. In his expanded role as president and COO, Miles will take on additional responsibilities within the company’s operations and work with CEO Mark Stark on growth and strategic applications.

Throughout his 25-year career in real estate, Miles has worked in the West’s top resort destinations including Reno, Tahoe, Sedona, Palm Springs and Las Vegas. Prior to his roles with Americana Holdings, he served as vice president, broker and co-owner of Coldwell Banker Village/Incline Village Realty in Northern Nevada where he managed nine offices in the Reno-Tahoe area. He also served as general manager of a Las Vegas-based real estate franchise.

In 2008 he launched Americana Academy, a full service real estate pre-licensing and continuing education school. Americana Academy has educated thousands of future and current Nevada REALTORS since its inception. He also restructured many of the company service offerings to maximize the value and benefits enjoyed by the company’s employees and real estate sales executives. “This includes a completely paperless processing system, marketing upgrades, IT upgrades just to name a few,” says Stark.
