Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties recently announced it had selected dotloop, so it could offer a seamless real estate transaction experience to its agents and clients, as well as dotloop-DASHBOARD to increase operational efficiencies across the organization. The brokerage will roll out both solutions across its 1,500 agents and 52 offices, so agents, office administrators and clients can all work through one comprehensive network. This implementation will allow agents to reduce paperwork and please more clients, and allow office administrators to access and review all transactions from a single location to increase efficiency.
“We looked at a number of solutions, and dotloop is the only one that will allow us to run a more productive business and streamline the entire transaction process, all from a single, comprehensive system,” says Jim Lamoin, director of IT at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties. “Adding dotloop to our agents’ vast repertoire of tools will make a significant impact for our business. This technology will help each of our 1,500 agents close more transactions in less time, and all of our transactions will be in one, central repository, driving operational efficiency across our 52 offices.”
dotloop enables agents to invite clients and other parties in a transaction to a ‘loop’ where they can engage in the entire real estate transaction process online, from offer to close, on any device and from any location. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties agents will eliminate nearly all of the scanning, faxing and printing from their transactions in order to better accommodate buyers and sellers who are looking for an all-in-one technology and paper-free real estate experience.
“Our clients expect a terrific experience in real estate,” says Candace Adams, President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties. “Selecting dotloop means we can build on our reputation for excellent service while closing more deals. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important events in our clients’ lives, so the easier we can make it for our agents to provide a great experience, the better.”
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties is one of a growing number of large brokerages that have adopted dotloop-DASHBOARD, which gives brokers complete transparency into their agents’ transactions, enabling a comprehensive view of the office and a seamless compliance process. dotloop recently announced that more than 3,000 brokers are using DASHBOARD to run a more productive business.
“Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties is showing how a large brokerage can drive meaningful change in how they work through the use of our technology,” says Austin Allison, CEO of dotloop. “The use of dotloop and dotloop-DASHBOARD will drive efficiencies, simplified transactions and happier clients. The company is thinking ahead in how it sees the transaction process, how it manages its business, and ultimately how it helps its agents and brokers do their jobs better.”
