The Northeast Florida real estate firm has received the esteemed Gibraltar Circle Award for 21 consecutive years in recognition of its service excellence and outstanding sales achievements.

Cohen and Steilberg both placed in the Top 10 for individual sales professionals and Vining was recognized as a Legends award 15 year honoree. Additionally, the Avondale/San Marco office received the prestigious Real Estate Round Table Award for residential Gross Commission Income (GCI) and residential units for the Southeast Region for the fourth consecutive year.

Keynote speaker and best-selling author Marcus Buckingham captivated attendees with insights maximizing personal strengths instead of obsessing over weaknesses. Speaker Katherine Switzer, the first woman to officially enter and run the Boston Marathon, encouraged attendees to become heroes. Attendees followed a busy seminar and workshop schedule focusing on topics and techniques critical to success in real estate today.
