Homesnap, the popular real estate app that enables users to “snap any home to find out all about it,” has just released Homesnap Pro, an agent-only version of Homesnap that offers real-time multiple listing service (MLS) information on smartphones and tablets, arming real estate professionals with the power of their MLS while they’re in the field.

MRIS, the MLS for Washington, D.C., and the entire Mid-Atlantic region, has partnered with Homesnap to provide its 44,000+ real estate professionals with access to the new Homesnap Pro app. Following the D.C. launch, Homesnap has plans to roll out Homesnap Pro into other major markets across the country.

Three prominent real estate brokerages in the Washington, D.C., metro area—McEnearney Associates Inc., TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty—have also signed on to offer enhanced, branded versions of Homesnap Pro to all of their agents.

Homesnap Pro provides an unprecedented amount of real-time information to agents on the go, giving them the flexibility to research homes, interact with each other, and collaborate with clients from their mobile devices. Now, agents and consumers can use the same platform to seamlessly share real estate information and communicate directly. Some of the features of Homesnap Pro include:
