Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GAMLS), a real estate multiple listing service providing industry leading tools, services, and education to more than 26,000 members in 2,800 plus offices across Georgia, announced the expansion of services by partnering with CRS Data to provide 159 counties of public record information to its members.
GAMLS, which maintains an MLS database of about 56,000 active and more than 1 million off-market listings, aims to connect its REALTOR®, real estate professional, and appraiser members with statewide public records so that they may provide their clients with accurate and timely parcel data from every county in the state of Georgia.
“As Georgia MLS continues to expand our marketplace we have to provide similar levels of products and services to current and prospective members,” says Richard Boone, Chief Executive Officer of Georgia MLS. “Increasing our public record offerings to include the entire state of Georgia gives our members the ability to provide additional services to their clients, all while achieving our growth objectives.”
CRS’ Real Estate Suite allows Georgia MLS members to effectively evaluate tax assessor information by utilizing sales and mortgage data, foreclosure activity, and a powerful comparable sales analysis feature. Integrated with Georgia MLS active and off-market listing data, the Real Estate Suite increases productivity and efficiencies by cross referencing public record data with MLS data to provide current snapshot views of real estate activity within a defined area.
“We are pleased and honored that GAMLS has chosen to extend our long term relationship for another three years,” says Matt Casey, President and CEO of CRS Data. “Our team looks forward to partnering with GAMLS to implement the new statewide coverage and being an integral part of their growth strategy.”
