Century 21 Real Estate LLC has launched a new learning platform called CENTURY 21 UniversitySM. Spearheaded by the company’s new vice president of learning, David Birnbaum, CENTURY 21 University is designed to help the brand’s affiliated independent brokers and agents cultivate the skills necessary to grow their businesses and better serve real estate consumers from around the globe.

“Knowledge of current trends, technology and real estate skills are key to being successful, whether you’re just getting started or you have been in the business for years,” says Birnbaum. “CENTURY 21 University offers tools, videos, and courses to foster a culture of learning that will help sales associates and brokers strengthen their competitive edge and exceed client expectations.”

Through CENTURY 21 University, system affiliates will have easier access to a more dynamic curriculum of industry speakers, face-to-face and online classes, and business generating tools. The new features include free online training programs for new and seasoned real estate professionals, informative webinars, and access to outside partners like Social NetworX, REALTOR® University, The Buffini Group and The Mike Ferry Organization.

“CENTURY 21 University is an overall competitive differentiator to other real estate brands,” added Greg Sexton, chief operating officer, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “It is a one-stop shop for our System members’ education needs, with a focus on reduced costs, easier program access, more engaging courses and speakers, and processes for measuring improvement.”

CENTURY 21 University is being rolled out in stages. The first stage includes:

  • “Office Learning in a Box” for brokers and managers to use to collaborate with their independent sales affiliates
  • Development and acquisition of over 200 real estate videos
  • Subsidized pricing with industry coach Brian Buffini
  • An emphasis on social media and technology courses
  • 1×1 coaching programs
  • Foreign language video captioning to support CENTURY 21 professionals across the globe.

Brokers and independent sales associates in the CENTURY 21 System have always had access to renowned training programs covering a wide range of topics and skill-building opportunities.
