International luxury real estate firm, Engel & Völkers recently announced its most recent inductees to the firm’s highly exclusive networking group, Private Office. They are:
- Robb Cohen, Engel & Völkers Boston
- Giancarlo Cuffia, Engel & Völkers Sunny Isles Beach and Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale Las Olas
- Shirley Gary, Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta
- Howard Morrel, Engel & Völkers New York City
- Gary Nesen, Engel & Völkers Westlake Village
- Nicole Van Parys, Engel & Völkers Westlake Village
The Private Office Advisors were inducted in two events, one held at the company’s North American headquarters on Park Avenue in New York City and another at its annual Polo Cup and White Party event in Mallorca, Spain. This is the second North American group to be inducted this year.
“In North America, our brand continues to attract top agents who are prime candidates for our Private Office network,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America. “We are proud to have our newest Private Office Advisors as part of the elite who are representing Engel & Völkers North America around the world.
Out of the 5,000 Engel & Völkers Advisors worldwide, there are now 28 who currently hold this designation. In order to join Private Office, advisors within the Engel & Völkers international network must be nominated by their brokers and are selected based on their consistent, year-after-year production numbers, market expertise, notably high quality service and passion as real estate professionals. Clients are also asked to comment on their service experience as part of this process. Nominees are then submitted to a North American selection committee who decide which candidates meet all requirements for final submission to the head of Private Office in Hamburg, Germany.
As Private Office Advisors, the group gains access to marketing tools and opportunities developed specifically to work with the luxury brand’s highest net-worth clients. They also work together as the preferred contacts for international referrals that require the highest levels of service and market expertise.
“Our most valued clients expect the very best service from those they do business with and the utmost discretion in their real estate transactions,” said Christoph von Schenck, who is head of Private Office at its headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. “Private Office represents our highest level of service which is delivered by our most talented and passionate Advisors.”
