Pillar To Post Home Inspectors enters 2015 coming off a year of impressive franchisee growth in the United States and Canada, the company has announced. With 2015 projections set to outpace the level of development reached in the past year, the home inspection franchise revered for its dedication to both franchisees and customers alike looks to redouble its outreach efforts to prospective franchisees in the year ahead.

New franchisee growth, says President and CEO of Pillar To Post Dan Steward, is owed to many factors, but chief among them is the franchise’s emphasis on pleasing both customers and franchisees alike. “Our key focus in 2014 was on exceeding customer expectations with the introduction of inspection packages and added services,” says Steward. “Along with our Net Promoter System in place to gauge customer satisfaction, we’ve been able to ensure happy customers. Happy customers lead to improved sales and profitability for franchisees, making our model win-win.”

2014 also saw a bevy of commendations for Pillar To Post’s support for military veteran franchisees. In November, Pillar To Post was recognized by Franchise Business Review  as a top franchise for veterans; in March, the company was named a top franchise for veterans by U.S. Veterans Magazine; and in June, Pillar To Post was acknowledged by World Franchising Network on its top-50 list of franchises for veterans.

With an eye on 2015, Steward says Pillar To Post will target markets all throughout North America continuing the franchise’s emphasis on customer satisfaction to which it owes so much of its 2014 success. ”We plan for continued growth in 2015 based on our underlying orientation to having a great partnership with our franchisees and delivering exceptional service to our customers,” adds Steward. “The reciprocal relationship between franchisee and customer has always been an important part of the home inspection business. Pillar To Post’s 2014 growth attests to that fact.”
