Identifying an opportunity to expand their footprint in Fairfield County, leading real estate firm Halstead Property announced a new partnership with the boutique agency Realty Guild, the Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate in New Canaan, Darien and Wilton. Effective immediately, Barbara Cleary and her team of talented, experienced agents will join Halstead. Barbara will remain as a lead broker where Brian Cleary will now serve as the Director of Sales for the office.
The firm will now boast two ideally located offices within the village of New Canaan including the newest office at 6 South Avenue as well as the existing office directly across from the train station at 183 Elm Street which is successfully run by Halstead’s Sharon Daley Maasdorp. With this announcement, Halstead now has 32 offices throughout the tri-state area
