Engel & Völkers recently announced the opening of its shop in King City, bringing the firm’s comprehensive global services to real estate buyers and sellers in the region. Jorg Hermanns is the owner of the new Engel & Völkers York, and Julie Thompson is the managing broker.
The grand opening event was held at the former historic St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Eversley stone church at 13456 Dufferin Street, built in 1848, which has been converted to the Engel & Völkers York shop.
Over 200 guests attended including clients, VIPs, the Honourable Mayor Steve Pellegrini, the CEO of Engel & Völkers North America, members of the Engel & Völkers North America executive team and representatives of Special Olympics, cause-marketing partner of Engel & Völkers North America.
