TheÂ allianceÂ will bringÂ nine licensed agents to Engel & VĂ¶lkers New York City, expanding the firmâ€™s roster toÂ 55 agents. The Mercedes/Berk team will operate fromÂ 783 Madison Avenue, effectively growing Engel & VĂ¶lkers’ New York City footprint while supplementing the firmâ€™s local market expertise and listing portfolio.
