Meeting with your team members individually also gives you the opportunity to offer encouragement and guidance.

Show your team that you’re all-in by attending classes and seminars to help improve your skills and reach your goals. Encourage them to do the same and invite them to the seminars that you attend. Personal and professional growth will not only keep you motivated to achieve your goals, it will motivate your team as well.
