The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) presents its annual Housing Policy and Hispanic Lending Conference set to gather housing and lending industry leaders from around the country to discuss issues affecting the Latino homebuyer market and affordable access to homeownership. The event is taking place March 15-17 at the Fairmont hotel in Washington, D.C.
Key speakers at the event include Housing and Urban Development Secretary, Julián Castro, Illinois Congressman Luis V. Gutiérrez, Fox News Correspondent, Tucker Carlson, and Secretary of HUD under the Clinton administration, Henry Cisneros. Also present will be NAHREP Co-Founder and CEO, Gary Acosta; NAHREP 2016 President Joseph Nery; NAHREP 2015 President Teresa Palacios Smith; NAHREP Executive Director Marisa Calderon and researchers and chief economists from organizations such as Urban Institute, the Mortgage Bankers Association, as well as finance industry leaders.
