Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America recently announced his 2016 vision during the annual Engel & Völkers Exchange. The event, hosted at The Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas, brought together 400 Engel & Völkers real estate advisors from shops throughout the company’s vast North American network.
“Engel & Völkers as a brand is all about collaboration, whether through exchanging ideas, business or energy,” stated Hitt. “As our North American network continues to gain momentum, we pride ourselves in maintaining our brand standards of high-quality and passionate work by our advisors while never losing sight of our unique Engel & Völkers culture.”
During his presentation, Hitt recapped the outstanding milestones accomplished by the North American team in 2015. The brand attained unprecedented growth, doubling its network in 2015 to 84 shops and 1,392 advisors throughout the United States and Canada. The team also increased the total transaction volume by 119 percent.
Hitt also touched on the firm’s continued philanthropic partnerships, particularly highlighting its relationship with Special Olympics. Since announcing this partnership at last year’s Exchange, Engel & Völkers North America has made a significant contribution for Special Olympics and has elevated the organization’s awareness in multiple markets throughout the United States and Canada.
Looking forward to 2016, Hitt introduced plans for continued expansion across North America with goals set to achieve nearly twice the number of advisors and shop locations by the end of 2016. He also emphasized that Engel & Völkers will continue to maintain and focus on its core brand values and culture while introducing its high-quality level of service to new markets through the United States and Canada.
