Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continued to increase its U.S. market presence with the opening of 10 new offices across the country during the first quarter of 2016, the company has announced. Nearly half of the real estate agencies that joined the Weichert® national franchise network during the first three months of the calendar year are located in the south, with new offices in Statesboro and Hapeville, Ga., Harrisonburg, Va., and Summerville, S.C.
Weichert also expanded its footprint in the highly competitive Southern California and Pacific Northwest real estate markets. New offices opened in San Clemente, Calif., to serve the 3 million residents of Orange County, the sixth most populous county in the United States, and Bellevue, Wash., to cover the Seattle metropolitan area, the 15th largest metropolitan area in the United States.
The other Weichert affiliated offices that opened during the first three months of the year are located in Denver, Colo., Utica, N.Y., Northport, N.Y., and Corpus Christi, Texas.
