Human Resources Employment Teamwork Business People CommunicatioSuccessful brokers know that effective recruiting and retention is directly linked to creating a vibrant, supportive company culture. During a special panel discussion taking place at the National Association of REALTORS® upcoming REALTOR® Broker Summit, four of the nation’s top brokers will tackle the topic and share their strategies for building a prolific agent force.

RISMedia’s Power Broker Roundtable at the REALTOR® Broker Summit, “Recruit and Retain the Best with a Winning Culture,” will take place on June 9 at 2 p.m. at the Denver Marriott City Center. The Summit runs through Friday, June 10, and includes a full line-up of educational and motivational presentations, and valuable networking opportunities.

During the Roundtable, RISMedia President & CEO John Featherston will lead a panel of top brokers who will discuss their strategies for recruiting and retention, including advice for building a culture that attracts, supports and motivates top producers for long-term success.

Broker panelists will be:

The REALTOR® Broker Summit’s comprehensive program will also include a keynote address from Adam Savage, co-host and executive producer of the Discovery Channel’s MythBusters series, who will discuss lessons on curiosity, critical thinking and learning from failure, and a motivational address from 1984 all-around Olympic gold medal gymnast Mary Lou Retton, who will discuss how sacrifice, hard work and perseverance are critical to success.

With an overarching focus on management, the 2016 REALTOR® Broker Summit will feature topical and thought-provoking business sessions, including Recruit and Retain the Best with a Winning Culture, a Power Broker Roundtable presented by RISMedia, Industry Game Changers and How the Internet is Shaping Consumer Expectations.
