Engel & Völkers celebrated the official launch of its first Falmouth, Massachusetts shop with a ribbon-cutting event and cocktail reception marking the firm’s expansion into coastal New England. The event was hosted at the Engel & Völkers Falmouth shop location at 703 Main Street and was attended by notable guests and community members.

The event began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by top Engel & Völkers representatives and local officials. Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a cocktail hour featuring speeches from special guests including Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America; Jim Foley, Kara Foley and Jeff Griesbauer from Engel & Völkers Falmouth; Michael Kasparian, President of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce, Meg Hoffman, Director of Community Development Special Olympics Massachusetts; Amanda Church, Special Olympics Global Messenger and Brenda Swain of the Falmouth Service Center.

“The official opening of the Engel & Völkers Falmouth shop is a key addition to our New England footprint,” says Hitt. “Jim, Kara and Jeff’s unparalleled experience and reputation in the Falmouth real estate market led to our expansion in New England. We look forward to working with the team to better serve buyers and sellers in the area.”

Engel & Völkers Falmouth, with a main office located at 703 Main Street in downtown Falmouth, will provide leading services for buyers and sellers of premier properties in Cape Cod. As an enchanting seaside village, Falmouth is home to protected harbors, beautiful beaches, multiple waterfront restaurants, eclectic boutiques, challenging golf courses and the iconic Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.

“As local and international buyers and sellers are continually drawn to Cape Cod’s high-end oceanfront homes, the quaint downtown areas and easy access to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, Engel & Völkers Falmouth has the tools, services and connected network necessary to meet our clients’ comprehensive real estate needs,” says Foley.

With the opening of shops in Aspen, Vail, Austin, Beverly Hills, Houston, Atlanta, St. George, Long Beach, LA – South Bay, Minneapolis and Charlotte and, in Canada, Victoria, Calgary, Montreal, Vancouver Island, Toronto and York, Engel & Völkers continues to strengthen its presence in premium real estate markets across North America.
