CENTURY 21 New Millennium has expanded its Washington, D.C. Metro Area footprint by merging in CENTURY 21 Home Center, the company recently announced. Home Center Broker/Owner Boyd Campbell will join New Millennium as a branch/team leader.
“CENTURY 21 Home Center has enjoyed a phenomenal reputation for decades and is an outstanding organization,” says Todd Hetherington, CEO and co-owner of CENTURY 21 New Millennium. “We couldn’t be any happier to have Boyd Campbell and his professional agents join our team.”
“This expansion will allow us to offer our one-stop real estate service to a greater portion of the community,” says Mary Lynn Stone, president and co-owner of CENTURY 21 New Millennium. “Now more people interested in buying, selling or leasing in Maryland will be able to take advantage of our core services, including mortgage financing, title, investing, settlement, global relocation assistance and commercial real estate.”
Home Center, located in Lanham, Md., was founded in 1979. The company is a past winner of the CENTURION and Quality Service Pinnacle Awards. Campbell, president-elect of the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, has been at the helm of Home Center since 1982.
New Millennium welcomed Home Center at a special event at the company’s Alexandria, Va. headquarters in November.
