California-based Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty recently announced a merger with EGA Homes, expanding into Riverside, Calif. The new office—the second Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty office—is co-owned by Kelli and Vance Vanevenhoven and Ruben and Jennifer Hernandez.
“This is [exciting], as we continue to benefit from a strong housing market,” says Kelli Vanevenhoven. “We are clearly in a growth mode, and [this] announcement is another positive sign for the viability of our region’s economic future. When we sat down with Ruben and Jennifer Hernandez, we learned they had the same values. EGA’s mission to serve our active military, reservists and veterans is a mission we are excited to grow. Together, we are committed to ensuring that all homebuyers and sellers receive the best imaginable service and that our agents are afforded every opportunity to maximize their business potential.”
“We are excited to join Kelli and Vance Vanevenhoven and the Coldwell Banker brand,” says Ruben Hernandez. “We believe our association with Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty will allow us to better equip our agents as well as serve our customers through unmatched resources and marketing power offered by Coldwell Banker.
“Coldwell Banker has really embraced technology and offers powerful digital tools that will be of huge benefit to our agents and clients,” continues Hernandez. “We are so impressed with proprietary resources like CBx and Coldwell Banker Zap. CBx is a tablet app that utilizes big data to assist in the pricing and marketing of a home and the ZAP platform will allow our agents to engage potential buyers much earlier in the process than ever before.”
“Growth is essential in any business, and we have been working with our affiliated companies like Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty when they are interested in merging with or acquiring other firms,” says Charlie Young, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. “Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty’s merger with EGA Homes will further strengthen the Coldwell Banker presence in the Inland Empire region.”
Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty now has more than 110 independent sales associates serving the Inland Empire area.
