A case study by Moxi Works reveals Moxi Present users earned 43 percent more total transactions in 2016 than those who did not use the CMA and presentation tool, Moxi Works recently announced.
The case study, which sampled approximately 2,700 Windermere Real Estate agents in Western Washington, shows seller agents using Moxi Present averaged 6.4 sales in 2016, compared to 4.17 sales by those who did not use the tool, or 53 percent more. Buyer agents using Moxi Present averaged 5.71 sales in 2016, compared to 4.30 sales by those who did not use the tool, or 34 percent more. In total, agents who used Moxi Present earned 12.08 sides, compared to 8.42 sides for those who did not use the tool.
