Engel & Völkers has announced its latest franchise conversion in Melbourne, Florida; marking the company’s second location in Brevard County. Marcie Bolt, former Broker/Owner of Tropic Coast Realty and her team of 15 agents have joined the world-renowned brand to become Engel & Völkers Melbourne Central.
“Engel & Völkers offers so much support to me as a business owner,” said Bolt. “Their international network, systems, tools and branding will help my team and I achieve a level of success higher than ever imagined. I immediately knew this was where I wanted to entrust and grow my business.”
As a 22-year Florida resident and 14-year real estate professional, Bolt was an ideal candidate to become the newest license partner of the Engel & Völkers network. Prior to entering real estate, Bolt also had a successful career in the food and beverage industry as the owner of a local-favorite restaurant but made the industry change to have more time with her family.
Engel & Völkers Melbourne Central, located at 524 N. Harbor City Blvd, is currently undergoing a redesign and renovation to offer its agents a superior place of business to best serve their clients. Bolt has ambitious plans to grow Engel & Völkers Melbourne Central into a fierce competitor for local market share. Her four-fold strategy includes recruiting local top producers as well as looking for merger, acquisition and roll in opportunity’s with independently-owned brokerages. Bolt is already planning to expand her operations with a second location, Engel & Völkers Melbourne Beachside, to accommodate growth.
“Melbourne and the many cities of Brevard county have a small-town feel but are close to everything like in a large city,” said Bolt. “Brevard has a very healthy luxury market and we have buyers moving here from all over the world. The international reach and exposure that Engel & Völkers offers is a massive benefit to those buying and selling real estate in Melbourne and all over Brevard County. Being able to leverage that reach and exposure to the international market played a huge role in my decision making.”
“While we are expanding our brands reach throughout Florida in strategic new markets, our team is also doing a tremendous job of growing within already established markets as is the case with Brevard county,” said Timo Khammash, Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers Florida.
