Creel Information Technology, Inc (CREELiT), Inc., a leading digital marketing platform solutions provider, has announced their Amarki marketing platform for enterprise real estate brokers and franchises has been selected as a finalist by Realogy Holdings Group for their FWD Innovation Award.
The FWD Innovation Award is an annual competition hosted by Realogy to inspire innovation in real estate. The Amarki product was selected from a pool of more than 75 applicants to compete for the $25,000 award. Executives Wayne Creel and Joe Martinez will be demonstrating Amarki to an exclusive audience of Realogy senior executives representing 194,000 affiliated sales agents on November 14th at the Realogy headquarters in Madison, NJ. In addition to the cash award, the winner also receives placement in Realogy’s ZapStore, an app and service market place directly integrated within the proprietary Zap® platform.
The Amarki product emerged powerfully in the real estate industry in 2018, attracting mostly large, enterprise brokerages and franchises serving more than 20,000 real estate sales professionals. The centerpiece functionality of the Amarki application is its artificial intelligence engine that completes routine marketing tasks such as flyer creation, Just Listed postcards, social media posts, virtual tours, and other digital and print marketing assets. Cory Shepard, General Manager of Coldwell Banker West selected Amarki as the marketing solution for the firm’s nearly 700 agents covering seven offices in San Diego County, California. Marketing automation from Amarki allows three people in the marketing department to support the firm with custom marketing. Another Amarki client has two designers supporting 18,000 agents.

Reno and Lake Tahoe based luxury real estate firm, Chase International launched Amarki to streamline the ability to publish highly customized marketing materials as templates to their agents in real time. Laura Spear, Director of Operations for Chase International identified Amarki as a solution provider because template driven marketing solutions were not satisfactory to meet the design demands of their agents marketing high end luxury listings.
