The Residential Real Estate Council recently announced it will host a new virtual event called HRSolutions Summit on December 3 – 4 as part of their Broker Solutions services for Independent Brokers.
This summit will be the company’s first event focused exclusively on the essential role human resources plays in preparing brokerages for the future and helping agents rise up to be extraordinary at a time when competition for talent is high and the industry is engrossed in technology more than ever.
“As the industry collectively embraces new strategies and strives to thrive during chaotic times, we have continued to explore new education that will equip brokers with the tools and mindsets for growth at their organizations,” said Lana Vukovljak, chief executive officer, Residential Real Estate Council. “Attendees of the HRSolutions Summit will be inspired to reimagine the results that having a thorough human resources plan can achieve.”
The HRSolutions Summit will feature presentations that will prepare brokerages to better navigate the employment space, focusing on recruitment and retention, on-boarding, tools and systems, and the benefits of education and compliance.
