Does this mean if I were to buy a share now I wouldn’t get the 2-1 split?
Same Question – Does this mean if I were to buy a share now I wouldn’t get the 2-1 split?
I bought 77 shares yesterday and I hope it splits for me.
Misma pregunta: ¿Significa esto que si comprara una acción ahora no obtendría la división 2-1?
Miguel –
Thanks for reaching out. If you own shares of EXPI at the close today, 2/12, you shares will double as a result of the stock split. Keep in mind the price of the stock will open on Tuesday at approximately one-half of the price it closes at today so the market value of your position is essentially unchanged.
Thank you,
Yes, they said you had to own it by Jan 29th to get the dividend. But, it should be cheaper to buy after the split unless it just shoots up again. Maybe ready to buy when the market opens tomorrow. ***In my limited stock market experience opinion, lol! I am a Realtor with EXP, so I have been watching it and buying it on the regular market even though I receive stock from the company 🙂
