Ashley Richardson

Ashley Richardson is a REALTOR® with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., specializing in residential sales in the Baltimore metropolitan area. As a second-generation REALTOR®, home sales are in her blood. Richardson has been helping clients find their dream home since 1993. 

Richardson is an influential member of the real estate community, holding positions on local and state committees. She also frequently shares her expertise on national and local TV shows, in publications and on the internet. Richardson is known for her commitment to providing excellent customer service. She serves customers tirelessly with the mantra “always on call.” This has led to a high volume of sales, referrals and repeat service. Richardson uses a multiplatform marketing system to serve clients and receives support from a licensed assistant and an office assistant. She says her goal is “creating a higher standard in real estate.” 

Richardson has received numerous awards for exceptional service and sales. She is a lifetime member of Long & Foster’s Gold Team Master’s Club. Richardson was awarded 2018 REALTOR® of the Year by the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® based on service to the REALTOR® and local communities, volume of sales and reviews from clients. Richardson is devoted to helping her neighbors. She serves as president of her community association and coordinator for the local Toys for Tots campaign, in addition to supporting many local community and school activities.
