Shannon Williams, vice president of sales and marketing for BoomTown, helped clients have a record-setting year and led the sales and marketing team to record growth in 2020, despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. She helped agents find ways to share resources, knowledge and tools to succeed in an unprecedented time. When BoomTown’s in-person client conference was canceled, Williams worked to organize a virtual event.
Williams has worked with a wide range of companies in various geographic regions and understands how to consistently deliver positive experiences for customers. She is also passionate about mentoring diverse leaders and supporting charitable organizations.
Williams pointed out the importance of moving at an appropriate pace. “Move as fast as you can, but as slow as needed,” she says.
