RISMEDIA, Nov. 12, 2007-By 2010, the country’s total of Hispanic households is projected to grow from today’s 10 million to 13.5 million. The overall rate of homeownership climbed in the 1990s to its highest ever at 68%, and Latino homeownership during that time rose faster than that of any other group, by 6% to 48%, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
“SharperAgent recognized that the Spanish-speaking population is rapidly growing and many of our clients are located in areas where they have a need to communicate with Spanish-speaking home buyers. We answered our clients’ requests for more diverse content by creating over 100 professionally-translated Spanish marketing pieces,” reports Brian Wildermuth, president of SharperAgent.
According to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), a trade organization for Hispanics in the real estate industry, over the next ten years, 40% of all new home buyers in the United States will be members of minority and immigrant groups, with half as native Spanish speakers.
In response to this trend, SharperAgent now offers Spanish marketing collateral for real estate agents who want to communicate and connect in a more meaningful way with this market including:
