Teresa King Kinney

In 2023, Chief Executive Officer Teresa King Kinney led the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® in hosting the 73rd FIABCI World Real Estate Congress, the first such event hosted by a local REALTOR® association. It drew more than 450 delegates from 31 countries.

Kinney created the first-ever Global YPN organization, and MIAMI REALTORS® hosted the first YPN Global Congress in 2023. Kinney also increased MIAMI REALTORS®’ exposure at MIPIM, the world’s largest commercial real estate event.

In addition, Kinney was involved in launching Nestfully, a new consumer home-listing portal. IntraMatrix provided reciprocal access to listings in South Florida and Georgia.

Kinney is leading the design and construction of MIAMI REALTORS®’ new global headquarters building, which is scheduled to open in 2024. She received several awards last year, including the FIABCI Medal of Honor.
