Kamini Lane

2023 was a big year for Kamini Lane, who stepped in as president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Realty in March, where part of the future is ensuring equity across leadership roles.

As the new leader of one of the industry’s largest brokerages, she was naturally a face on the guest-speaking circuit, participating in speaking opportunities with internal Agents of Change events led by Coldwell Banker Realty’s DE&I council and speaking at the Asian Real Estate Association of America luxury retreat.

“It’s incredibly rewarding to work alongside the many incredibly talented subject-matter experts at Coldwell Banker Realty, not just helping them grow, but also learning from them,” says Lane. “Our teams span virtually every major market in the United States, each of which has its own unique dynamics that require talented, adaptable professionals to best serve buyers and sellers. Our goal is to expand the dream of homeownership to as many people as possible, and I’m proud to have a dedicated base of agents and staff who navigate challenges every day to make that a reality.”
