RISMEDIA, Jan. 15, 2007-Chase, one of the nation's leading residential housing lenders, announced it has expanded the responsibilities of Peter Boomer and Mindy Clayton as it combines its Midwest and Great Lakes divisions.
Boomer now leads Chase's Midwest/Great Lakes division. Clayton adds prime mortgage production in Ohio to her responsibilities as Midatlantic division manager.
The moves align Chase's regions more closely with its bank branch footprint and will follow the retirement of Greg Sachs, who most recently led Chase's Midwest division during his 25 years at Chase.
"We're excited about Pete and Mindy taking on this additional responsibility and look forward to them continuing their great work," said Dave Lowman, head of Global Mortgage at Chase.
Boomer, who joined Chase in 1989 as a loan officer, was named Regional Manager of the Year and led one of the company's top-performing regions. Boomer became a division manager last April.
Clayton, who joined Chase in 1994, has more than 23 years of experience in the mortgage business. She was Chase's Regional Manager of the Year in 2005 and also was promoted to division manager last April.
