RISMEDIA, Jan. 30, 2007-In the fifth year of expansion throughout South Carolina's Grand Strand market, President/Owner Scott Jackson of Weichert, Realtors® – Southern Coast has announced the opening of an additional office for the company across the state line in North Carolina. Located at 925 Seaside Road, Suite 18, Ocean Isle Beach, the new facility brings Weichert's reputation to the key growth market and choice resort area of the South Brunswick Isles.

Susan Lucas will direct the Brunswick County operation as broker-in-charge and training director, and Beth Hall is sales manager. Both are long-standing members of the management team at the South Carolina group of offices. They can be reached in Ocean Isle Beach at (910) 579-4441.

Jackson's North Myrtle Beach headquarters was one of the founding offices of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise organization that was launched in January 2002 and now claims more than 300 signed offices in 29 states.

The full-service organization includes mortgage and insurance services, a commercial and investments division, a new homes and land division, an award-winning Internet lead generation platform, and a multinational relocation company. Support services also include in-house marketing and advertising, dedicated public relations, Realtor recruitment, in-person local training for agents and managers, and extensive online education.

Recruiting is an ongoing effort at Weichert, Realtors® – Southern Coast, with free "Career Night" sessions scheduled every Tuesday at 7 p.m. The company has doubled its sales force in the four years since joining Weichert, with attendant increasing sales. For more information "about anything relevant to our smooth sailing company," Jackson said, "just ask Jessica." Jessica is director of marketing Jessica Winfree. She can be reached at (843) 280-4445, where Jackson is also available for comment.
