RISMEDIA, April 11, 2007-Bob Russell and Abb Jeffcoat announce the promotion of Ron Roe to chief executive officer (CEO) of Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors, Inc. based out of Columbia, South Carolina.
Roe serves as the president of the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, Inc. and chairman of South Carolina Association of Realtors Member Group. Other professional involvement include the Retired Officers' Association, Fleet Reserve Association, Legislative Committee for the HBA Association, active member of the local, state and National Associations of Realtors, and Life Member of the Circle of Excellence.
Roe started his real estate career in Hawaii and then returned to South Carolina. As a Realtor in South Carolina, he quickly became a top-producing agent in The Midlands. In 1996, he became manager of Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors' Metro office and a few years later he was promoted to vice president of Sales. In 2001, he was promoted to vice president and general manager. Under his guidance, Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors has opened 6 new offices throughout central South Carolina.
They have doubled the amount of agents and now have over 600 agents and staff.
Roe has been active in the community serving on numerous charity committees, such as the advisory committee for Richland County Council, he has been a scout pack master and his most rewarding involvement was serving as a Guardian Ad Litem for abused children in Richland County.
