RISMEDIA, Nov. 12, 2007-Chase, one of the nation’s leading residential housing lenders, announced the opening of its first mortgage office in Princeton, New Jersey. Chase also hired five mortgage professionals with a combined 92 years experience to support the new office at 821 Alexander Road East and the area.
“We want to provide additional mortgage expertise for home buyers and real estate professionals in the vibrant Princeton area,” said Darin Lugat, Chase’s new area manager of Mercer and Middlesex counties. “We’ve recruited talented people to help consumers select the right mortgage for their homes.”
Lugat brings to Chase 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry. A resident of Hopewell, N.J., he is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association (real estate section) and Mercer County Chamber of Commerce.
Lugat joins sales manager John Goedecke, who has been with Chase three years and in the mortgage industry for 17 years. He also is a member of Leaders Club, which recognizes Chase’s top loan officers.

Chase is celebrating its opening by inviting local business partners, including real estate attorneys, Realtors, financial planners, builders and accountants, to the office from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 15. Refreshments will be served.
