RISMEDIA, Jan. 4, 2008-PCMS Consulting, a full service consulting, management, and sales company founded by real estate and franchise industry veteran Jose Perez in July 2007, had a stellar first six months and is going into 2008 with a full head of steam. Perez, a former Realogy Corporation senior executive, left the company with the intention of providing quality service to the many business owners and companies he has developed relationships with since the mid-1980’s, as a commercial real estate agent in Houston, TX, to his most recent stint as senior vice president of franchise sales and acquisitions for Realogy’s Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA brands.
According to Perez, soon after resigning from Realogy, PCMS entered into an agreement with The Pilot Group, a private equity company based in New York, to provide interim management for one of their many businesses. In subsequent months, PCMS was retained by Intero Real Estate Services to advise them on growth strategies, City Commercial Real Estate to help take their concept national, as well as several other assignments including consulting for Realogy’s ERA Real Estate.
As 2008 unfolds, the company says that PCMS is in the process of finalizing a board of advisors, recruiting staff and securing consulting alliances to expand its ability to provide quality service to the broad range of clients that continue to express interest in its services. It is also in the process of launching a new Web site that promises to have robust content that will be utilized by the real estate and franchising worlds.
According to the company, the difficult market dynamics that continue to exist in most parts the country put PCMS in a position to help companies achieve growth through creative strategies and otherwise proven strategies previously utilized by its owner and his associates. Furthermore, as more and more franchise concepts are introduced into the market, many will be looking for assistance that PCMS is uniquely qualified to offer.
