RISMEDIA, Feb. 25, 2008-Lone Wolf and Instanet SolutionsTM announced that they have integrated Lone Wolf’s brokerage management system, the Realty Management System (RMS), with Instanet Solution’s productivity suite including InstanetFormsTM, DocBoxTM and TransactionDeskTM.The companies say that this integration will allow users of RMS to pre-populate RMS transaction files from InstanetFormsTM and TransactionDeskTM. This removes the need for brokerage staff to re-enter already available data such as property address, transaction principles (buyers, sellers, agents, etc), dates, list and sales prices, etc. This pre-population will provide brokers who use both platforms a substantial time savings. Additionally, because both Lone Wolf and Instanet SolutionsTM integrate with many MLS and public record sources, in many cases no one in the brokerage will ever need to type in the property address and other primary information when creating or managing a listing or sale file.
“It is gratifying to be able to provide our customers with very real time savings,” says Joe Kazzoun, vice president of Business and Product Development at Instanet SolutionsTM. “We now see data flowing from the MLS, to our forms and contracts database and then on to the RMS back office system. This is the true end to end solution our industry has been seeking for so long.”
“We’re pleased that this integration helps us towards the goal of a true enterprise solution for the real estate industry,” says Lorne Wallace, president of Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies. “With over 3,200 offices using our products, anything that can streamline processing time and cut costs is a benefit to them.”
