RISMEDIA, March 28, 2008-Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., headquartered in Fairfax, Va., has named Pandra Dickson Richie, SCRP/ GMS , vice president of the firm’s Corporate Relocation Division. Richie was most recently senior vice president of Ebby Halliday, Realtors in Dallas, TX.
In her new position with Long & Foster, she will manage a staff of 75 relocation professionals located in four offices: Fairfax, Richmond, Roanoke and in Philadelphia, Pa. In her new position, Richie will oversee the company’s e-Real Estate; Affinity Programs/SMARTMOVE®; National Referral Services; Corporate Assets; International Services Departments; and Metro Referrals.

The company says that Richie brings more than twenty five years of corporate relocation and real estate experience to her new role as Vice President of Long & Foster’s Relocation Division. An industry expert in the field of Relocation, Richie, is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and she has received numerous service awards including the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) and the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Relocation Directors Council (RDC), a national organization of relocation professionals dedicated to promoting high standards and professionalism in the relocation industry. Richie also serves on the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) Foundation for Workforce Mobility and on the Relocation Advisory Council (RAC) for Leading Real Estate Companies of the WorldTM. Richie has also been a speaker at several national relocation conferences and has authored numerous articles on the real estate and relocation industry. She was recently honored as a lifetime member of Who’s Who in Real Estate. Dickson replaces Nancy Sudduth, who headed the Relocation Division since February, 2000.
Nancy Sudduth, SCRP, has retired from her position as senior vice president of Long & Foster Relocation Division, Fairfax, VA. Currently, she is serving on the Communications and Membership Services Committee of the Coalition-Center for Governmental Issues, which she has been a member of since 2000. Sudduth was a member of the Real Estate Broker Invoice Standardization Task Force, the Problem Property Database Solution Task Force, and the Real Estate Property Status Form Task Force. In addition, she has served on the planning committees for the National Relocation Conference (NRC) and the Global Workforce Symposium (GWS), spoke at the NRC and the GWS, and received a Distinguished and Meritorious Service Award.
