RISMEDIA, May 1, 2008-According to the company, PropertyMinder will unify their website’s automated Multiple Listing Service (MLS) searches with instant Internet Data eXchange (IDX). Agents wishing to offer instant searches to their website visitors may now do so, without having to pay PropertyMinder additional fees for IDX. On the same note, agents who do not want anonymous searchers may disable the instant search feature.
Before this release, the company says that website visitors were required to provide their contact information before viewing their home search results. Although we are in the Internet era, some users are still not comfortable giving out their information on the Web, even just an e-mail. This time, the ability of agents to show the property listings instantly to their users is now available at no cost.
Since 2002, PropertyMinder has implemented custom Web interface with Regional MLSs in major US Metropolitan areas. PropertyMinder AccelerAgent websites provide agents and registered buyers a very comprehensive and area-specific display of MLS listings. This was made possible, says the company, by PropertyMinder Advisor MLS listing search tool.
“When many MLSs transitioned to new technology, such as Tempa and the like, many agents experienced service down time and technical difficulties associated with the change. Back then, PropertyMinder was already providing its clients uninterrupted services with its reliable website technology. This has brought ProperyMinder clients ahead of the game,” says Aric Kazarnovsky, vice president of PropertyMinder.
Many PropertyMinder customers continue to use the AccelerAgent websites powered by the Advisor MLS listing search tool to work with hundreds of potential buyers and sellers. PropertyMinder says that their reliable and automated websites save Realtors® admin hours and cost, giving them more time to prospect and sell homes.
