RISMEDIA, Sept. 18, 2008-James A. Crumbaugh III, CEO of Allison James Estates and Homes, announced that Bill Kelly will launch operations in New York State. “Bill Kelly has a track record of success and is one of the elite brokers in this country,” Crumbaugh said.
According to the company, Crumbaugh has personally known Kelly for almost 10 years. “Kelly has built several successful Brokerages over the years,” Crumbaugh said. “He has built those businesses on the foundation of trust, loyalty and commitment. He cares about the Realtors he is in partnership with and their successes.”
What’s more, Crumbaugh says that he is confident that Kelly will build one of the most successful brokerages in the state of New York within the next few years.
Since entering the real estate business in 1986 at age 20, the company says Kelly has had the opportunity to work in the corporate real estate environment as well as in the trenches as an agent. Through the years he has seen the real estate industry change in many ways; however, his belief is that the core of the business remains the same. Kelly sees real estate as a service industry and fully believes the business is and continues to be driven by the agents.
His decision to partner with Allison James Estates and Homes was based on a shared belief with the leadership of the company – that agents drive the business.
“You can work in the business, or on the business,” he said. “Allison James Estates and Homes recognized and assembled core tools for agents to build their business for continued success, achieve at a high level, and earn 100 percent commission.”
“Agent splits and company dollar continues to be high on the list when agents make decisions to transfer to another company,” Kelly said. “When analyzing the compensation package of Allison James Estates and Homes, it makes good business sense. This is supported by the consistent growth of the company.”
The philosophy of the company is leveraged upon the idea that top producers typically build their businesses on relationships. They turn those relationships into leads and listings. According to the company, a top producer understands that his or her business is portable and customers are loyal to them, not to a brand: the Top Producer is the brand. With this in mind, it is the goal of Allison James Estates and Homes to give Realtors back their business.
