RISMEDIA, Sept. 12, 2008-North American Van Lines, Inc., in partnership with SIRVA Relocation, LLC, has been selected by the National Basketball Association’s (NBA) Oklahoma City franchise (formerly known as the Seattle Supersonics) to relocate the team from Seattle to Oklahoma City. The cooperative effort to handle the move-led by North American Van Lines Agents A-1 Freeman Moving Group, Inc., and Lile International Companies-began in late July and is expected to continue through the start of the NBA’s 2008-2009 season.
The awarded contract includes moving and relocation management services for the Oklahoma Professional Basketball Club’s offices and equipment, team personnel, players and coaches, as well as all related business services and household goods relocations.
