RISMEDIA, Sept. 30, 2008-Century 21 Real Estate LLC announced its new CENTURY 21® Hispanic Market Readiness Assessment Program. The program is designed to measure the capabilities of real estate brokers to provide services to the Hispanic community and guidance regarding the tools and systems required for achieving growth within this burgeoning market segment.
According to the company, the Century 21 Hispanic Market Readiness Assessment Program is a Century 21 proprietary assessment tool that will debut at the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) convention in Phoenix, AZ this week. According to Saul Serna, senior vice president, Century 21 Hispanic Marketing Division, “The program is designed to help our Century 21 franchisees assess their existing Hispanic marketing capabilities and identify areas with potential for improvement.”
The ‘SMART’ assessment is designed to focus on five key business drivers:
– Specific Systems
– Measurements
– Attraction
– Recruiting and Retention
– Training and Coaching
After completing the assessment, Century 21 franchisees will receive a score for each section and a cumulative score which provides a clear picture of overall performance capabilities in marketing real estate services to the Hispanic community. “The Century 21 System has a strong heritage in serving the Hispanic community domestically and worldwide, and we are very excited to launch the program at NAHREP during Hispanic Heritage Month,” said Serna.
